***Harford County Assignment Sale***
The Harford County Tax Certificate Assignment Sale offers all certificates not sold at the 2021 Tax Certificate Auction for public purchase. All certificates are sold on a first come, first served basis and are sold for the listed lien amount.
Once logged in, enter your bank information. (Click on "Provide Bank Information" in the menu to the left). When you choose the certificate you want and press the "Buy Now" button, after confirming your purchase, an ACH request is sent in the amount of the face value of the certificate. That certificate is now yours pending the successful transfer of funds. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to research properties prior to purchasing certificates. All purchases are final.
In order to be a qualified participant in the Assignment Sale, you must have registered on this site to obtain a username, password, bidder number and paid a registration fee in the 2021 Harford County Tax Certificate Auction. If you have not previously registered online with Harford County or paid the registration fee by the 06/11/2021 at 12:00 PM ET deadline, you will not be able to participate in this year's Assignment Sale.
